Good location with shortcomings
Pros:-Great location-Great ocean view-Extended balcony and evident upgrades/renovations throughout the unit. -Master shower could easily fit 10 people. Cons:-A/C struggled to cool below low 70s. -Terrible bed pillows. -Sofa bed not super comfortable. It lacked bedding upon arrival and no covers were provided even after contacting house keeping multiple times.-Occasional random street noice late evening due to A1A running in front ofOverall, we enjoyed the property bud sadly our nights were not supper comfortable due to bed pillows and AC.

This place was absolutely perfect. On the ocean 1200 sq ft room with two balconies. Pure Heaven! Will be staying here again for sure! A perfect spot to unwind and regroup. Clean and gorgeous!

My husband & I had an excellent stay. The condo is beautifully decorated. It is spacious & impeccably clean. It was so comfortable with 2 full bathrooms. The bathroom in the bedroom suite was impressive. WiFi and cable was excellent. My favorite area was the very private balcony overlooking the ocean. The pool and hotel restaurants were excellent and the staff very helpful and pleasant. Location offered many opportunities to easily walk to restaurants and local sights. 5 star stay!

Our Vacation in Ft Lauderdale
The staff couldn’t do enough for you — they were all so nice and very prompt. The place was immaculate and the view was incredible! The description of the property was accurate to the letter. The only thing we could find not to our liking was that it was too cold in the hallways of the building. The thermostat in the bedroom did not work. When turned on it only blew out cold air and temp could not be adjusted — so we just turned it off and let the one in the living room heat the entire place. Not a problem just an observation! We would definitely recommend this condo!

Great View, Location & Conveniences.
Our family enjoyed our stay in this renovated and beautiful unit. As advertised, it has a beautiful ocean front view with the pool directly below you. The entire unit appears to have been recently upgraded and is well stocked with everything you might need. Communication with property management was quick and easy. We took a $25 Uber ride from the airport and did not use a car for the entirety of our relaxing five day vacation. The location provides for access to many different restaurants within walking distance (one on every block). The stores are about a 10 block walk down the road along the beach. The place is perfect for relaxing by the pool with a nice bar area with the family or crossing the street and heading over to the beach. You can finish your night on the beautiful balcony with lovely views. I highly recommend it. Robert was awesome as well with communication.

Atlantic Hotel is across the A1A highway from the beach.
The photos showing the ocean from the condo are carefully taken to give the impression that the condo overlooks the pool and then the ocean. In no photo can you see the four lane A1A running in front of the hotel. The noise of traffic, including loud motorcycles, loud music, loud bass from radios, and 18 wheelers is incessant. Day or night, the traffic never abates. Even when sitting on the beach, the traffic sounds are louder than the sound of the ocean’s waves. Had I known this I would have booked elsewhere, like Grand Cayman or Kauai. I do feel the phots were intentionally misleading. Music from the pool, 2 floors below could be heard in the condo, with the doors, the sheets and the drapes all closed. The kitchen in the condo is so sparsely furnished that our first stop was at Target for things like cookie sheets, a Mr. Coffee (to use with my preferred decaf ground coffee instead of the Lvazza pods. Two pods came with the condo, more had to be purchased from the hotel at $2 a pod, no decaf.), and similar items so that we could actually cook some dinners instead of going out. There wasn’t even salt or pepper in the unit. The things we bought we left for the next guests. If they are gone, it tells you the kind of racket that is being run. There was no blue ray player or movies as stated in the amenities. There were some rainy nights when we chose to stay in and it would have been nice to watch a movie. To rent one through the hotel cost $30, and we felt that was $$.

Our weekend stay was wonderful at Roberts place. It was clean and up to date. The master bedroom was very spacious as was the bathroom. The location and views were excellent. My only complaint was the pull out couch. The mattress was like sleeping on a slab of cement. Maybe a foam pad could have made it better. Other than that everything was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful room and view!
I would highly recommend staying in this condo. It is extremely spacious and well-furnished. The master bathroom is enormous! The building is well-maintained and very accommodating to guests. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the complementary chairs on the beach was a bonus. While the weather didn't cooperate for us the first couple of days, we still had a nice 3 day getaway staying in Robert's place. We'd love to come back!
