We chose this property based on proximity to the airport. The photos on the website absolutely do not reflect the property. They are conceptual only as it’s under construction. I called weeks ago to request early check in as we were coming from a cruise. I was told that we would be checked in as soon as a room was available and that they had a room for luggage so we could leave it and go out. Upon arrival, we were added to the list of early check ins and told we could just leave our luggage in the hall. There was no such room for storage. We went to wait out by the pool and the door immediately locks behind you. I had to wait for another guest to come and let me in so I could get a card from the desk. Of the 3 attendants I dealt with. 2 of them spent the entire conversation with their cell phones in hand texting while pretending to have a conversation with me so I was constantly being asked to repeat myself. When they called me to say our room was ready and I went to check in she prepped the machine to take the damage deposit through and I stood waiting and she asked me if it went through and I said it was approved, but she made me do it again and I was charged $100 the first time and $20 the second. It was ridiculous. The room was spacious but was a mishmash of old & new fixtures. The toilet ran continuously and the tub dripped nonstop although there was next to no water pressure in the shower. This property would be my last choice next time.

We arrived after 8 pm, checked in, got ice for nightcap went to bed. Check in was quick. Very friendly staff. Lobby echoes so it was difficult to hear because of a loud family. Once in the room it was quiet. Left hotel at 3:30 am for an early morning flight so can't comment on breakfast. We did take advantage of the coffee in the room.

Very noisy! The door had a visible 1 inch gap / opening at the bottom so you can hear everyone who walks by and every conversation. You can hear toilets flush around you. Quite a small room.

The hotel is clearly in the midst of renovations. But everyone was friendly and the location is very convenient. The walls are a little thin and you can hear everything in other rooms and down the hall.

The hotel was under renovations at the time. We got our room early which was a bonus. When we went into our room it had an odor that was like rubber burning. When I mentioned it they said it was from the reno and one of the ladies was looking for a spray deoderizer. I said I wished to be move but they seem like they didn't care nor weere they going to investigate. I informed them that I was not happy and the least they can do is come up and see for them selves. One came up and then she said they would move us. When we got into our new room the TV did not work and after I told them about it, it took one hour for someone to come up and fix the problem. The room was clean and the breakfast was great but the service was so so. There was only a Wendy's close by and two convinience store nearby for supper. I would stay again.

I didnt feel this was a safe place. There are not many restaurants to walk to. The worst communication ever! We stayed here the night before a cruise and the night we got off the cruise ship. When we landed at the airport before the cruise, I was impressed with how quick they arrived to pick us up. That was a good experience. We, as well as many other customers staying here, were very disappointed in the fact that they don't offer a complimentary shuttle to the cruise port. They go through a 3rd party company who charges $20 per person! That was an unexpected cost. Also, when we got back from the cruise we called the hotel who told us its another $40 PER PERSON to get the same shuttle company to come get us AND, THIS IS THE BEST, they said they didnt have anyone to come get us. We didnt have a ride! Be sure you have the UBER app and be prepared to use it! It was actually cheaper than the $20 and $40 to and from via the 3rd party company! I talked to the employee at the front desk and explained this should be clearer in advertisements and such. When leaving to go to the airport, there were A LOT of very upset people taking it out on the employee at the front desk righfully so but I sure felt sorry for him. Wouldn't recomment this hotel.
