Decent hotel close to the FLL Airport. Clean but seems like the property was in the middle of being repaired or updated. Has potential with great customer service. Continental breakfast was included along with free shuttle to the airport

We stayed the night before a cruise, and after paying the ridiculously high weekend rate (nearly $300 for one night) we were not very impressed. They wouldn’t answer the phone when we called for pickup from their free shuttle. Front desk kept hanging up on us. We finally paid for a cab. We had to wait two hours in the lobby after check in time, and when my husband went up to ask how much longer, the room was ready. We suspect it had been ready but they forgot to tell us. The worst part of this experience was the front desk staff. These women were ice cold rude. The pillows in the room were so bad we woke up often. The bathtub had peeling paint. Website says checkout is at NOON but housekeeping was pounding on the door at 10:45 despite the “do not disturb” sign. You would think they would know to wait until after checkout time to knock. The breakfast area was so crowded, and there was no place to sit, but I’m not sure how they could fix that problem. There just isn’t enough space in the breakfast area. Breakfast selection was ample though. I carried mine back to my room and heated in microwave. For the price this hotel is not worth the stay. I chose it for its free shuttle, which we didn’t get to use, and its proximity to the airport. The cruise port shuttle is double the price we paid for a ride share.

We checked at 3:30 and were told our room wasn’t ready (check in is at 3) and then got to our room at 4 and only one bed had linens on it. Overall it’s fine just Strange

Hotel is close to airport and ship port. Exactly what I needed going from cruise to airport. Room was large, clean, good tv. Not walking close to much. No complaints. I would book again.

Morning desk staff was pleasant, afternoon/evening less friendly but didn’t need to interact much. Fitness center is closed during repairs and there is one working elevator. Very busy breakfast and food ran out so would get there early. Busy hotel, shuttle was timely and room was clean.
