This is a large/spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in a gate community. It has granite counter tops and marble flooring with stainless steel appliances. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with a maximum guest occupancy of 8. We provide an elevated queen air mattress for groups of 6 or more. We also provide a baby pack n play crib. We provide bath towels, paper towels, and toilet paper. There is plenty of cooking supplies and utensils. There is also an outdoor community patio. We have free parking, assigned parking, guest parking, and disabled parking. We are located on a dead end street next to high school. This means we have unparalleled privacy, and because there is no through traffic it is also more quiet than any where else. Our standard check in time is 4:00 PM but we let our guests know if it is ready ahead of time. Our standard check out is at 10:00 AM. Additional fees may apply for late check-outs. This apartment is 1 of 8 short term vacation rentals in the community and is located on the ground floor. This community has coin operated laundry rooms for easy access. Our apartments offer high speed internet, premium cable channels, and some of the TVs are smart TVs to make it easier to access your favorite streaming content. There is a beautiful family park within walking distance that has playground for kids, basketball courts, and tennis courts. It is also located next to my favorite restaurant/cafe. Our community is gated, with 24/7 surveillance on the the outside of the buildings.

I’ll say overall, this home was beautiful. It is in a questionable neighborhood but nothing happened to where we felt uncomfortable enough to leave. Most places was within a 10 minute drive. Some pieces in the home was a little run down but again I had no personal issues but some people might. The only real “issue” was communication from the host. The guest parking is not in a visible parking space and I had trouble finding it. I communicated with the host when I checked in around 7pm and didn’t receive a message until evening the next day and this was really unfortunate because I had to take a chance and find somewhere random to park my car at overnight. Granted the host could’ve been busy but it was still unfortunate on my end.

Very worse stay
We found used condoms under the sheets and also kids pack and play. its very gross. Apartment was also not cleaned and mopped. lots of noises during night. neighborhood is not safe at all. Completely filled with weed and drug smell. Hot water is also a problem. No fans in the apartment. Never ever gonna stay and will recommend to anyone.

Great value...
The condo was great value...clean, comfortable beds, a kitchen to make meals so we weren't eating out this whole trip. Especially if you have a big group (we only had two people but it sleeps 7 I think) and you're wanting to be out and about during the day, this makes a great home base. Close to the airport and we were at Nova Southeastern University for a tour so close to there, as well.

The laundry facility was not functioning properly. We were counting on using it and had to make other plans. There was trash around the facility. A family member fell threw a chair on the outdoor patio. The picture online did not represent the unit we stayed in. The windows and coffee tables were different. The bathrooms were sufficient; however, several fixtures were loose and made showering difficult. We did sleep well on the comfy beds. Overall interior was fine.

This property was perfect for a family of 5. We stayed for 7 days. The only issue we had was with the wifi signal being poor. I let the host know and it didn't seem to have anything that can be done to improve it. But we spent most of days shopping and out the house so it wasn't much of a bother. Communication with the host was always timely and pleasant. I would stay again.

Our check was confusing, tried contacting Patrick, but his phone was not working or the number given was not his, hotwater was not steady, in the middle of bathing the hot water shut off, the yard around the property was dirty, neighbourhood was not nice, the dryer was not working, i had to spread out my clothes in the apartment for 5 people

The price is right!
The directions for getting into the property were very detailed, making what could have been a hassle, easy. The apartment was fine - clean and spacious. It was kind of dark though. There were no beach towels - and the beach is closer to 20 minutes away than 10 minutes, at least during a peak holiday week.

Sizable Unit close to the Beach
My friends and I rented this place for the Audacy Beach Music festival. We each were able to have our own bed and were surprised at how big the living room and kitchen were though unfortunately we barely used them since we were mostly there to sleep. The neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy but we felt safe and it was very convenient for us to Uber to the festival from this spot. We would definitely come back and stay again!

The rooms were nice and the property manager left us with ample supplies (toilet paper, salt and pepper, dishwashing soap, shampoo, body wash, paper towels, dishes, etc.). The property manager was quick to respond to messages over VRBO, we were worried we weren't going to get the door codes in time, but the message did arrive. The neighborhood appeared sketchy at first but there were no problems with the neighbors other than some music from upstairs at bedtime (they quickly quieted down). There were many DVDs but no DVD player to use them with. It was nice to have access to Disney +. We were close enough to the beach and there was quick access to the freeways. We enjoyed this property.

Comfy and affordable
We enjoyed our time at this rental. We stayed here during Spring break with our children. Very affordable and not far from our points of interest. The complex is very quiet and the inside of the apartment is well kept and clean. I would definitely recommend this rental to future guest.
