A little confusing to find the entrance. Had to drive around the back of McDonalds to find it. Valet only parking unless you wanted to park across the street. The shuttle service to the Hard Rock casino was great. Carlos our driver was excellent. Even gave us his number to call for pick up

The staff is nice and attentive. The room was spacious. I gave three stars to this hotel because of the noise. Even the hallways of the rooms had loud music, enough to wake you up. The A/C is also loud. If you are looking for restful sleep stay away! Unfortunately.

The only thing this property has going for it, is the view of the Hard rock hotel. Absolutely amazing view but unfortunately that was about it. The rooftop is opened for drinks service on the afternoon however the service is extremely deplorable. The cafe was opened the majority of time during my stay but again, mediocre service at best. There was a room service option on the television with no menu and unanswered attempts to get further information. This is a utilitarian facility, and even so the air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy during the hours of 4am to 7am so can't even get a good night's rest. Overall 2 out of 5 experience.

Surprised that this is considered 4 star hotel
To make this short and concise, our bed sheets had black stains on them and when we called to have them switched, they told us they don’t offer house keeping at this time so o had to go down stairs and grab it myself. Then to my surprise when I remove the top sheet, the mattress protector had giant piss stain and hairs throughout, clearly it hadn’t been changed in a while. They didn’t seem to care just offered to switch rooms which was a hassle because we had already unpacked everything. The hotel is also valet only which is an inconvenience at certain but the valet staff was polite.

Nice rooms with a good view, definitely better than giving more money to the hard rock, parking is pretty bad and the club next door did get a bit rowdy with that said inside the room was actually pretty quiet, overall if your in Hollywood it is a good bang for your buck.
