The staff was incredible and super accommodating. The property is undergoing renovations right now so the outside looks a little ruff, however I stayed in a newly renovated room and it was wonderful and clean.

Area did not look safe front desk recommend taking local bus to our destination had crack sticks banging on doors windows bus drivers not very helpful or friendly the hotel we had door issues that they could not fix we had to move to another room one of the good issues was availability of shuttle to airport and cruise port

Roaches crawl g in our Room 123, dirty Bath Room, Druggies and Rift Raft type people hanging out and making noise all night long! Scary to be out side at night, lack of Security, low class same as most Motel 6 location! Would never stay there again!

The people behind the desk were kind and went out of their way to provide good service but the property is poorly maintained and of subpar quality. You can hear EVERYTHING happening in the adjoining room. We did not feel safe in the area or even within our room.

I like the fact that there was good hot water a nd good water pressure for the shower, but the refrigerator was old and outdated, and had mold on the seal, I saw roaches in the room near the sink and bathroom, which made me uneasy for my sleep! I like that there was a hotel shuttle to and from the Airport.

We chose this property because it was only 7 miles from the cruise port, it had lower nightly rates, and it offered free shuttle service from the airport. Upon arrival at the airport, we called the Inn, as directed, and requested shuttle pickup. The company hired by the motel knew we were at the airport, yet it was an hour and a half and several more phone calls before they finally got a van to fetch us. Upon arrival, we learned that the restaurant and registration office had burned down. Registration was being handled out of a guess room converted to an office. The employees tried to be kind but blamed the delay on the subcontractor. The entire property is old and seedy, and we don't feel especially safe here. The lower price ($150/night) was certainly not enough lower to justify coming here, and we would not recommend the place to anyone.

Terrible!!
The people at the desk were great but the hotel itself needs a LOT of work. I booked it sight unseen for an overnight stay after our cruise due to its proximity to the airport. The tub was permanently stained, I was afraid to sleep on the bed it looked old and hard. Took us 10 mins to figure out how to close the door. It looks like it should be a hotel that offers a short stay or one that people live in. I don’t recommend this place for anyone. I only gave 3 stars because the desk staff was great and that Jamaican food truck on the property was DELICIOUS!!!

The hotel was a little run down, but the check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. When I called the hotel for the shuttle, I was told it would be about an hour. It was an hour before it showed up. It doesn't run often. I pre-booked the shuttle back to the airport and it ran once an hour, on the hour.
