Impossible to communicate with. Had people several times knock on my door to ask if I was the front desk or reception. Don’t kid yourself this is barely a 2 person room. The sofa bed is not fit to sleep on! Internet not working for days, had work to do. Needed towels and sheets, couldn’t provide in any amount of time, same thing with toilet paper and paper towel. Wouldn’t go again for the money

Great location, easily walkable to shopping, restaurants, and beach. Good size accommodations, looking a little worn and could use a new coat of paint and maintenance. Lovely pool and outside areas. Staff friendly and helpful.

Arrived about 7:30 pm on dec 27th, the TV and WiFi were out the whole time we were there (2days) my sister and her husband slep on the bed my husband slept on the hard couch and the pull out bed was broken, where I had 3 feet to sleep on. With only a sheet my husband had the blanket. They came the next day and fixed the bed but it was like sleeping on cardboard. I have a nasty bruise on my shin when I tried to get out of bed. ( it’s that hard) the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working and the window wouldn’t open to let steam out, the towels were so old they scratched your skin. There wasn’t enough utensils for 4 adults and only 2 chairs. I don’t think I should have to pay at all for the inconvenience they caused us. I didn’t get any sleep. My hips hurt and a bad bruise on my leg, It was not a room for 4 adults .

The location was perfect Walking distance from the convention center where we needed to be . Lots of shopping and restaurants in location. Although sometimes noisy at night I won’t complain. Communication was great 👍

My stay at Casa Cordova was great, very quiet and nice with a balcony for a nice view at night parking was right on the spot swimming pool even though the weather did not allow me to swim I love it and would stay there again

I had a terrible checkin experience. No one answers the phone. The only communication is via text. Complicated and nonworking checkin form. The place is not in its best conditions. The staff on the property can barely communicate in English. The spring bed mattress is not comfortable.

So so .. The accomodation was amazing and loved the room. It was no info in the room .. for everything I had to write and email .. also the accommodation didn't have internet access for 2 full days as an European meant I had absolutely no internet and it was a business trip where I needed it..

Everything was clean and described. Pool area was great. We were there for an event at the conference center and it was a quick and easy walk. A lot of restaurants nearby to walk to as well.

It was a great location, very accessible. Great amenities included at this stay. Staff/Maintenance was accommodating. Did have issues with a leak regarding the A/C unit which went on my luggage, also bathroom did end up clogging. Cleanliness of the bathroom was okay, did have to bring in disinfecting wipes to clean up the bathroom of marks on the floor.

2 bath towels and 2 beach towels for 3 people were supposed to last for 4 days? I asked for more and could only get 2. There were no blankets for the sofa bed. The smell of fabuloso was overwhelming. I wouldn’t stay there again.
