I agree and acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety and the safety of my children, family, and those I give access to the property, AT ALL TIMES when using property facilities including the swimming pool.

The minimum rental age is 25 y. o.

We require a photocopy of the driver’s license or valid government id of the lead guest to match the name on the credit card used for the booking. Also, we pre-authorize $1000 security deposit on your method of payment which will be released within 3 business days after checkout.

The penalty for smoking inside the house is $300.00

Great vacation home on Tyler St.
Well maintained, clean, spacious, bright home with enough beds for 7 of us. Fully equipped kitchen. ten minute walk to broad walk and beach and easy walking distance to many restaurants from low cost and casual and upscale. Walking distance to Publix And several smaller groceries and liquor stores. Walking distance to Kolb nature center. Large, heated, screened saltwater swimming pool and hot tub enjoyed by all daily. Would benefit from some pool floats, and board games for rainy days and evenings. Close to airport. All told, an excellent vacation rental.

Nice house but loud neighborhood
We liked the house and the pool was wonderful and large for lap swimming but the house is so near Hollywood Boulevard that the nights are very noisy for the light sleeper. The hosts were very responsive. The walk to the beach was a nice plus but the beach boardwalk is very loud and crowded.

This property was perfect for our family. Addressing needed accommodations for teens as well as accessibility for an 87 year old and another physically challenged. Kitchen allowed and provided what was needed to prepare healthy homemade meals. Thank you for making this a joyous time for family even though the reason for our trip was not. Thanks again.

Close to the beach!
Our kids loved it! The covered pool was the big hit, they would have spent the entire vacation in the pool alone. Proximity to the beach was awesome, 10-15 minute walk to everything we wanted. The house has more than enough space for our family of 10, grandparents, parents, teens and younger kids all were happy.

Amazing property!
This house is everything as advertised and more! The hosts were quick to reply to any question we had. The inside is so spacious and stocked with everything you need! The extra attention to detail like complimentary tooth brushes and soaps/shampoos was an unexpected plus! Each bed had several pillows and a bath towel at the foot of each. The TVs in each room were large and easy to login to. Several beach sized towels were also available and much appreciated. The kitchen has everything you need, just head to Publix down the street and stock up on groceries! Now for the best part….the HUGE pool!!! What a treat! Temperature was perfect and immaculately clean, we enjoyed it everyday! The hot tub was nice though it was quite warm during our visit so didn’t really use it. All in all this couldn’t have been a better trip, nice house, great pool and in a quiet perfect location so close to the beach! I highly recommend this property, what a gem!

Excellent choice!
We booked a vacation in June of 2022 for 7 adults and 2 babies under 2. The neighborhood is so nice! You will see lots of million $ houses there. Safe and pleasant. I’m not 100% sure, but I think we even spotted one celebrity walking down the street:) The walk to the beach is short and enjoyable. I think it took us under 5 minutes to get to the beach. If you are driving by car it’s like 3 minutes and parking on the beach is not an issue. The beach was clean, water was warm with little waves. Our kids couldn’t get enough of it! Lots of restaurants near by. The house it’s self was clean. We loved spending evenings by the pool, grilling, and ending the night in the hot tub. Whenever we had some questions the management would respond right away. Overall we had no issues while staying there. We would definitely come back again!

The place was clean, the location was convenient to local restaurants and beach access. The pool was very nice and enclosed. I might recommend some safety equipment if children or non-sawinners are in your party. Ourr r family very much enjoyed the stay and generally have no complaints.

Nice place!
We enjoyed our 2 nights here very much. The house is big, open and nice located in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the enclosed pool and the hot tub. It would be nice if we had one hair dryer for each bathroom instead of only 1 hair dryer for all rooms. Overall, we were very happy to stay there.

Clean house and quiet neighborhood. Large nice pool. Lots of dishes and cookware.
All was great. Only disappointment is the diving board shown on the site picture was not there. About 10-15 walk to beach or 5 min drive. Parking gets crowded by noon. About 10 min drive to stores, restaurants, etc. The beds were very good and everything worked fine. The shower in 3rd bathroom had a very slow drain but the maintenance man was by and fixed it pronto. Wish there were a few more codiments (small bottles of ketchup, mustard, etc) upon arrival, but not a big deal. Only 1 pool toy (donut ring). We left some that we bought - hope they can just let next guests use these. Overall, a great place for family - not super fancy, but comfortable.

We booked this house last minute for a family getaway. We were able to check in early and owners gifted us a late check out as it was my husband's birthday! House is clean and in a great location within walking distance to the Hollywood Beach. House has all amenities needed with fully stocked kitchen. The pool is absolutely amazing. The hot tub is nice too. I would definitely stay here again if visiting the area again. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and we personally met the owners who are super nice folks. Thanks again! 😉⛱️

Perfect vacation home
Our family of 5 (kids aged 15, 13, 9) had the perfect vacation at this lovely property. The house was spacious and clean. Bath and pool/beach towels were amply supplied, as well as basic shampoos/hand soap/toothpaste and even toothbrushes. The kitchen was well equipped (though no staple pantry items other than salt/pepper -- our Instacart order didn't pull through so we were out of luck for the first night). The pool was heated, and the full screen enclosure provided for relaxing bug-free meals and pool time every day! The kids particularly enjoyed the climbing rope in the deep end of the pool. Note the pool is very deep at 9'. The hot tub and hammock were additional treats! The pool and hot tub are professionally maintained 2x a week. The house is a bungalow with an ideal layout with an open-concept family room/dining area in the center, and the four bedrooms spaced out on the sides of the house. This made it easy to gather as a family but also retreat for privacy (teenagers!) when anyone needed some downtime. The walkability of the neighborhood was absolutely perfect -- a block away from a lovely marina and small kids' playground, and then a 7-8 minute scenic walk (over a drawbridge) straight to the center of the Broadwalk on Hollywood Beach. We loved the local bakery (Giorgio's) for outdoor brunch and coffee/desserts to go. The Broadwalk had a ton of options to offer. While the beach got more busy by mid-day, it was absolutely quiet and lovely in the mornings... and it is a beautiful beach! There are also ample dining options and Walmart/Publix/etc. within a convenient short drive. While we mostly chose to carryout food to eat by the pool in the house, we did dine outdoors a couple of times and found that restaurant and store staff were very mask compliant everywhere we went -- we felt safe! Some of the local activities we tried were: banana boat on the beach (driven by a captain on a jetski), paddleboarding at the state park in Dania Beach, and an Everglades boat tour, where we had a dolphin swimming and jumping along beside our boat for several minutes -- it was a treat! We have been home for 3 days and the kids are already asking when we can go back to the same house again. 5 stars all around!
