Its new property in very good location next to cruise port entrance and 6 min from airport. All facilities on property are just new and modern neighborhood looks safe only issue what I had it’s breakfast. If You prepay —-only coffee and small ball of fruits are included. Everything als it’s extra. Definitely I will recommend this hotel for stay

Was asked to schedule arrival time online, did so. Once arrived at the property, front desk manager advised the room would be available by 12:00pm. At 1:30pm room still not ready. Was advised at this time, there is no update. Finally room ready at 2:15pm. Once I received keys, keys did not work, unable to open door to room. Went back to lobby and had to wait in line to get new keys. New keys still did not work. Found maintenance man in hallway and asked him to look at door. He stated the door handle was faulty and that I would just have to work with it. Got into room to find out I was assigned a handicap room. Not what I paid for. Also the toilet seat was broken clear off. Went back down to the front desk and was advised maintenance would be right up to fix it. 2 hours later they finally came. Very bad experience and will not be back to this location.

Considering that they canceled our reservation and didn't let us check in I don't know how to give them zero out of whatever stars you want to give them. We had to walk next door and get a hotel for an additional $20 and all the aloft had to say was oh well too bad sorry to be you. I fully anticipated they were going to cancel our reservation when they informed us that they try to charge the Expedia credit card earlier today for the hotel when we were supposed to pay at the hotel when they were booked full and they wanted to receive payment ahead of time for a late check-in.

Nice Hotel
For being a brand new hotel, it was clean. The bar & food were good. Had a pool table which was a nice touch. The view from the room with black out shades was a great touch. The rooftop pool & bar was very open. The only thing that the hotel didn't have was a handicapped shuttle.
