Booked a room, arrived around 10:30pm to get checked in as we had been traveling, told us they didn’t have a reservation for us even though I had proof on my phone and had paid…the hotel was booked up, we literally had no place to sleep that night!! Awful experience!!!!!

The rooms were clean and simple, perfect for what I needed. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I wish the room hadn't been so expensive for what it was, but I guess that's on me for not booking earlier.

Nice place to stay with comfy beds. TV worked fine. Typical self serve breakfast. Very dog friendly place, if that is your thing. Amazing Thai restaurant (Sala Thai) just across the street. Best I've ever had.

The condition of the room was poor. Broken floor tiles and peeling trim around bathroom mirror. The Wi-Fi connection was poor and mostly non-existent. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar did not have all features operating-Waffle maker and orange juice. Poor selection of breakfast items. I have stayed at this motel previously and found that has become run down and less pleasant to stay

Internet didn’t work on second floor front desk told me they working on it. She was sincere and I did feel like they were trying to fix it. No elevator which was a pain with the second floor.

Great people- filthy bathroom
The people were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. Upon showering the first time, I noticed a huge pile of fuzz and sawdust on the top of the shower insert. I tried to wipe it but I made it worse. It took several clorox wipes to clean that spot. I wiped most of the mess up but it just kept coming. I gave up on that and just wiped the hair out of the corner of the bathroom floor and called it good. I assume the shower curtain rod was replaced but nobody cleaned up the mess.
