We were booked into a room that the bathroom floor tile was broken. The carpet had stains everywhere. The elevators did not work properly. They moved us into another room but was not the same room type.

The lady who checked me in (I apologize I can’t remember her name) was extremely friendly and checked us in quickly as we were traveling and stopped at last minute notice to get some sleep. The room was very nice and comfortable. Would recommend.

Great room. Only one small issue.
Friendly, courteoous staff. Tasty breakfast offerings. Clean, spacious room with well-equipped kitchen area. The sliding glass doors on the shower/tub did not easily slide open/shut but shower itself was quite nice.
