The older lady was rude to my husband and daughter cause she eas telling me if my do barks I had to leave but our dog doesn’t even bark but doesn’t say anything about people being loud at lat at night.

No free breakfast but nice little kitchen so come with your own. Just a sweet little room. We got there late and the late desk clerk was really sweet and welcoming. We would stay again if we go through.

Overall nice hotel
We had a great stay. The staff was friendly, the hotel in general was very clean, along with our actual room. We loved that the room came with a full fridge, freezer, dishwasher and small stovetop. The room was quite spacious. We reserved a bedroom with two queen size beds. The ONLY downfall were the beds. My daughter & I found the beds to be extremely noisy and uncomfortable. We were not able to sleep through the night and tossed and turned.

This was a last choice during alumni weekend. It’s pretty inconvenient, run down and desperately in need of upgrades and updates to furniture, carpet, etc. and way over priced during peak weekends.

This property was such a nice surprise, very clean and quiet. The front desk staff specifically, Donna and Alex went above and beyond. Friendly, helpful, courteous, professional! Cannot recommend enough. First stay ever at an IHG but if others are anything like the Fort Collins IHG will definitely stay there again and again
