Great hotel. Whilst the apartments are great, the bathrooms are not cleaned very well with sand still in the bottom of the shower and they clearly don’t want shower screens. There are also signs with rules all around the apartment which is slightly off putting. In saying that though, the pool rules is that it closes at 9pm which is actually quite late when there are a group of 20 people in the pool screaming each night and the noise travels right up to the apartment balconies. Nevertheless a great stay, we would choose to have an apartment that does not have water views and therefore does not overlook the pool in the future.

Great place, very neat and tidy, Lovely swimming pool and spa, but wrong time of the year for swimming. Close to beach, and shopping area. Recommend to stay here.

Seven apartments are located very centrally to Forster and is just a lazy stroll across the bridge to Tuncurry. There are numerous Dining/food options near by and the beach is also just a short walk.

Really can't complain about our stay at Sevan. Jimmy and Janine were very helpful, and the apartment was well furnished and nicely presented. We appreciated the wine and snack options available in the apartment (and took advantage of them). The only thing that caused us a little stress was the $100 fee that would be applied if we did not empty the bin upon leaving. I'm sure there is a reason, but we decided to just not use the bin until the last moment in case we forgot to empty it. Felt unnecessary, especially as they charged a cleaning fee.
