La Granja - Maison avec cheminée, jardin, baby-foot
We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Formiguères, this charming house of a surface of 78 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 39 m² (with fireplace), an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 300 m². We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 39 m² with TV, fireplace, sofas, dining area and table soccer and board games.
- A kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee pods and Dolce gusto coffee machine, raclette and fondue machine...
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)
- Room 3: bunk beds with a double bed downstairs, a single bed upstairs and an additional single bed.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
Exterior:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 300 m² with furniture.
- A south facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Formiguères, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
The heart of this authentic mountain village has kept the traces of its past: stone houses, llose roofs, bell tower wall of the church, small streets... Formiguères was for a long time considered as the capital of Capcir, it was also the holiday residence of the Kings of Majorca.
In the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Catalan Pyrenees you will enjoy the family ski resort, the classified site of Camporells, the fresh air, snowshoeing, ski touring, local products and local crafts.
In summer : hiking and biking, fishing, Lou ba in Les Angles, animal park, Fontrabiouse caves, leisure center at Matemale lake, swimming pool and spa in Formiguères...
In winter: skiing, snowshoeing, sledging... The station located at 1,700m altitude offers slopes rising to 2,400m with a beautiful difference in altitude of 700 m.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the grounds of the house, one covered parking in the garden as well as two in the driveway.
As for other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- During the school vacations, free shuttles run between the village and the resort.
- Bus to Mont-Louis, with a connection to Perpignan, or Puigcerda.
- Nearest train station: Perpignan station located at about 1h30 by car
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport located at about 1h40 by car
Other remarks :
- Free Wifi available.
- The fireplace is functional, wood is provided in defined quantities.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included.
- The cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you. Or cleaning package on request to the concierge, rate 50€.
