Do you want to enjoy an exclusive holiday in a villa for rent in Forio d’Ischia? Villa La Formica, located in the residential area of the Bay of St. Francesco, just 100 meters from the beach, is ideal for 6-8 people.
Recently renovated, it has an area of approximately 180sqm arranged on one level and is framed by a garden with a swimming pool. It consists of 3 double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms.

In the villa there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. The living area has a large living room with a fireplace corner, sofas and a dining area with a direct view of the garden. The kitchen with dining area is equipped with utensils and appliances.
The rooms, finely furnished and air conditioned, are served by the wifi connection. Occasionally the underlying dependance with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen is available.

The pool is covered with mosaic tiles, is fed by fresh water and equipped with a waterfall jet. The surrounds a lawn with cicas and camerox equipped with every comfort.
