Welcome to the ultimate Catskills getaway. As you drive down the charming private road you'll feel like you're entering a different world full of nature, peace, and beauty. This private lakefront abode is located on a small peninsula with water on three sides. The home itself is built for entertaining with big open spaces, natural light and water views from most of the home. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and any non-motorized activities in the 30-acre lake right in your backyard.

Inside you'll find a large chefs kitchen, three master suite size bedrooms, four well appointed guest rooms, two fireplaces, and many unique sitting areas. On the main floor you have the master suite, master bath and another 1.5 bathrooms in addition to all the common spaces, kitchen, living, dining, office, pantry, etc. On the second floor are 5 additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The basement has a seventh bedroom with full bathroom, laundry room and a recreation room. The property has large waterfront lawns great for family and group events. Enjoy our new Sundance hot tub, a game of volleyball, and evenings by the firepit. Spectrum fiber optic internet is provided.
