We are continually updating and improving this home to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Guests often comment on how clean and fresh this lovely vacation home is. Wonderful Atlantic ocean views, comfortable beds and bedding, a well stocked kitchen, high speed internet and Comcast cable TV all enhance your indoor experience. Be sure to check out the original artwork collection displayed throughout the cottage. Enjoy sitting around the fireplace on a chilly night. Spend your days on the partially covered deck watching the waves or take the private boardwalk over to the beach. Nice quiet spot at the on a dead end street with privacy and exquisite ocean views.
I always look at Cleanliness first because I think it tells a lot about the rest of the property. This house was no acceptation. Super-clean, bright, perfect location, great layout and as really as about private as you can get on Folly. Excellent trip.

Beautiful beach house
Perfect place for a small family. We loved this house. It was clean, lots of sun in the beach facing rooms, and a great deck to watch sunrise, surf, and kids boarding or swimming in the ocean. We hope to return!

This house is one of the best small beach houses we have ever rented at Folly. Everything was absolutely perfect. The kitchen well stocked, comfortable bedrooms, cozy den. We loved the views of the ocean from porch. The original artwork was stunning! There was nothing we disliked about this adorable cottage.

Spectacular!
This was our first visit to Folly Beach and The Road Ends Here was perfect for us. It was very clean, well equipped, and had such a comfortable bed that I wish we could have one of our own. Lovely beachfront property
We had a great stay on Folly. The cottage was a delightful retreat for a long weekend in the off season. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. We took a walk down to the pier and enjoyed friendly atmospheres at all the Folly beach stores and restaurants. We were also a 30-minute drive to downtown Charleston and the harbor to see Fort Sumter and the Yorktown. The house was a cozy sanctuary with beautiful ocean views. So glad we stayed there.

This little bungalow was perfect for us. It was stocked very well. It’s an older building, but you can’t beat the view, beach access, and quiet because it’s located at a dead end. Very clean. I would ask for more effective blinds for the bedrooms as we woke at dawn with that wonderful Carolina sun.

Exceeded Expectations
Just what we hoped for and even beyond the VRBO description. This cozy house was perfect for our adult family of 4 and our pet puppy Rosie. Close to Folly Beach retaurants and shops but far enough away to be peaceful...and the view/setting was incredible! We loved the house's charm and character. It had everything we needed and offered all the comforts. A neat addition (unless we overlooked it) would be a booklet for guests to review about the history of the house. Sleeping to the sound of Atlantic Ocean waves crashing...a no-brainer...we'll be back!
