Welcome to the gated community of Charleston Oceanfront Villas! This 3 Bed/3 Bath (Sleeps 6) condo offers direct private beach access and fantastic oceanfront views from a covered balcony. Amenities include two oceanfront pools with lounge chairs, two elevators, and four public outdoor showers.

Directly facing the ocean, guests will enjoy the unobstructed panoramic views of the beach from the 27-foot private covered balcony. This villa is perfect for entertaining family and friends, featuring an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining room, and living room areas. The villa has a well-equipped kitchen that directly faces the beach/ocean. The Main Bedroom also accesses the private covered balcony, including a large tub and separate shower with double sinks. This oceanfront getaway is perfect for putting your feet up and enjoying the ocean breeze!!

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historical exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25-minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

Announcements
If you are booking this property for a reservation stay between September 2024 and May 2025, the HOA will be replacing the windows on the beach side of the building, one stack at a time. They will be starting at the west end (near the column of units 123, 223, 323 and 423) and working their way towards the East end (to the column of units 101, 201, 301 and 401). At this time, the HOA has not disclosed any further information on this project.

Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
Free parking is available with parking passes for two vehicles. Per HOA guidelines, RVs, golf carts, and other recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the property.
The community pool is open April-October.
Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site.
Two elevators are available in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building, which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA-compliant.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not permitted in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the condo.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most six people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

Only one elevator
There was only one elevator that was operating, which made it very inconvenient to climb to 3rd floor with groceries and luggage. We had to use the working elevator that was quite a distance from our room. I seem to remember when I stayed at this property several years ago we had the same issue.

The property was perfect for the 4 of us. Plenty of room, nice sized kitchen where we cooked 2 meals a day. The kitchen was very well stocked. The view was incredible. The proximity to the parking garage was fantastic. We were within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. Charleston was only 20 minutes away. My only critique was that being so close to the beach, there were no beach towels, BUT that is a VERY minor critique. We bought 3 large towels for future patron's use. LOVED this place and would most definitely rent it again.

The property itself was fine but 4 days and nights the beach renourishment was directly in front of the condo complex. I know the work is important but as it was going on 24 /7 and was very loud it significantly impacted our test and relaxation.

This was a lovely place great location fully equipped and convenient to all sorts of amenities beyond what was available at the location. Highly recommend breakfast at Lost Dog Cafe during your stay. The condo was beautiful. It was well-maintained. Very clean. We had everything we needed for the week. It was right on the beach. The porch had incredible furniture that we could sit and watch the ocean and the dolphins. They had gates that we can use to go onto the beach, It was a convenient location. We were able to take day trips to various places, and come back to a relaxing atmosphere.

Girls Getaway
Our stay in the condo was relaxing, convenient, and scenic. Every morning watching the dolphins, drinking coffee, and exchanging the previous days abundance of awesome food and drinks. I would definitely recommend staying there to enjoy Charleston while relaxing.

We stay in COV340 two years ago. It was a nice condo then. We stayed there this year and it was filthy, and in need of repairs. Wallpaper was peeling away and held with tape, painted walls were dirty, carpet was filthy, bathroom vents were horrid, and if they were that careless with the condition of the condo, how clean were the linens - seriously. We washed everything. We will not book this condo again. These condos are all overpriced and many are in need of updating and repairs. We will look elsewhere next year.

Overpriced for its condition.
-Wall paper is peeling. -TV goes out frequently do to bandwidth issues. -Glass door needs replaced for ocean view status to be pleasurable, fogged between the two layers of glass. -Need more utensils for a 6 person rental. Had a great time as the location is great, will be coming to this property again next season, not this unit.
