E a segunda vez que filha família se hospeda nesta casa, é simplesmente maravilhosa. Ótima infraestrutura, de frente para o mar, sem falar que passou por reformas, então está tudo novinho. Muito bom, recomendado.

Ótimo acesso a praia, mercados e restaurantes
Ficamos em 12 pessoas na casa que está em excelente localização na praia da Daniela, próximo a lado mais tranquilo. Espaço para todos e equipamentos disponíveis para uma boa estadia. Maquina de lavar e TV bem novos. Como pontos de melhoria destaco algumas paredes com infiltrações e algumas camas com colchões muito duros. Pontos altos: comunicacao com a anfitriã, localização e piscina sempre tratada e limpa.

Bom Imóvel adequado para Familia
Passamos 05 dias em Floripa e o imóvel atendeu plenamente as necessidades da nossa familia (8 adultos e três crianças ) Quintal espaçoso, churrasqueira funcional, e casa oferece boa segurança e conforto. A localização próxima a praia foi muito util e as crianças gostaram muito.Com certeza poderemos voltar!!

Casa confortável e bem localizada
A casa é muito confortável com os quartos bem divididos, área externa boa para fazer churrasco e curtir a piscina e ótima localização, pois fica em frente à praia. O único porém é que nas redondezas quase não tem comércio. Tem uma padaria perto, com pães deliciosos, mas não abre aos domingos e fecha cedo nos outros dias. A Sílvia, proprietária, foi muito simpática e atenciosa conosco.

O imóvel superou nossas expectativas, se nas fotos já parece bom, ao vivo é muito melhor! Foi entregue limpa e organizada, os cômodos são grandes e bem arejados, utensílios em bom estado, área externa perfeita: estávamos com 4 carros e tinha espaço com segurança para todos (2 vagas cobertas), além do espaço da churrasqueira que é muito bem estruturada junto à piscina (entregue limpinha), atendeu bem a demanda das 13 pessoas instaladas, quando falei que iriamos fazer churrasco para uma comemoração a Silvia prontamente agilizou uma grelha e espetos novos, ou seja, proprietários extremamente prestativos e atenciosos. Super recomendo!!!
