Suggest to improve service management
Positive about the apartment: location, access and overall building structure and clean towels.
Needs serious service management improvement:
The apartment was listed as 3 bedrooms apt in the VRBO site, but the 3rd bedroom was locked so we actually couldn't not access it. 2 out of 3 A/Cs was not working, despite the Owner provide instructions, I believe it was too old A/Cs. There was no battery on the remote control. The owner left incorrect keys to the apartment, which caused delay to get in. One of the bathroom was not clean, someone used the bathroom and didn't flush (which it was disgusting since there was a strong smell of pee) at least someone left cleaning products which help us to clean the bathroom .
The actual gas was off. We made the complains to the owner, she was nice and responded relative quickly, however, I suggest to her to hire a service management to make sure the apartment is good to rent and everything is up and running.
No one likes these type of surprise specially after a long trip. We traveled 20+ hours from the USA to enjoy the beach and town and I was not happy to have to handle all these details during my family staying at this place. I don't recommend this place until they actually fix these problems. The apartment listening needs accurate description. I've always rented through VRBO in USA and had issue only 1 time, which it was quickly solved. I'm not sure if I can trust again in VRBO in Brazil, its just not the same quality and commitment.
