O apartamento é muito bom, bem aconchegante, muito próximo a praia. A Sra. Neiva que foi um amor de pessoa, mto atenciosa, só agradecimentos. Ao Sr. Frederico que nos forneceu o ap, um mto obrigado tbm, é um belíssimo local, que com certeza voltaremos em breve. Sobre Florianópolis e mais especificamente Ingleses, é belíssimo, ótimo local para se passar as férias.

El apto está muy bien ubicado, buena vista y aire marino. La disposición del administrador fue más allá de lo esperado, nos tocó el inicio de las medidas de pandemia, y nos ofreció quedarnos en el apto si no podíamos volver. Muy Muy agradecida con él. Ya habíamos estado años anteriores, y sin dudar volveremos.

O apartamento é muito bom, limpo, utensílios completos. Só faltou uma garrafa términa. Problemas encontrados: o ar condicionado do quarto não estava gelando, só ventilando. Como o apartamento é no 3º andar, quando os andares inferiores acendem a churrasqueira, acaba entrando no apartamento um pouco de cheiro e fumaça pela churrasqueira do apto, precisamos deixar a janela aberta da sacada, isso incomodou um pouco. Ele fica uns 10 minutos de caminhada para o centrinho de ingleses, mas para a praia é só atravessar a rua. Foi disponibilizado 4 cadeiras e 1 guarda sol.

Prezados, recomendo o imóvel do Sr. Frederico, que esclareceu todas as dúvidas antes de fecharmos o contrato. Fomos bem recebidos pela Sra. Neiva e sua filha Fernanda. O apartamento estava bem limpo e é bem equipado e confortável, a vista da janela é maravilhosa, muito bom para admirar a praia. Além disso, o imóvel é bem localizado, perto do centro dos Ingleses, local de gente bonita, educada e prestativa. Deixo aqui meu abraço e agradecimento para os senhores Frederico, Neiva e Fernanda.
