Amazing service, wonderful villa ambience.
My wife and I had an exceptional stay here for our honeymoon. The staff were absolutely wonderful. I broke my foot on the first day and they were super accommodating with everything I needed to get to-and-from the hospital. I really do appreciate everything they did. The hotel is about a 10-15 min cab ride or 20 min walk out of the city centre, which is perfect for us as it’s away from the masses of tourists. It felt like a little oasis of calm in a beautiful villa! There are also plenty of fine restaurants within a 5-10 min walk of the hotel as well. Additionally there is Carre Four (grocery shop) right around the corner for all your bits and bobs! We will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel - 15/20 minutes walk from all the main sights. Great small pool. Lovely staff. Basic breakfast. Only thing to ensure is put anti insect spray on - as the pool does have mosquitoes in the late afternoon. Also some local great restaurants just dow the street including a vegan italian.

An easy walk to the centre , the hotel was in a lovely quiet spot with garden and pool a real hidden gem . Friendly staff, comfortable beds, good shower facilities. Also parking if needed. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was comfortable with great functioning air conditioner units, especially during the heat wave. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk and the breakfast staff. Breakfast was very tasty and had a wide variety of options, even for a picky eater. The pool was fantastic, clean and big enough that it never felt crowded. Area felt safe, we were out at night and had no issues or concerns walking about, even close to midnight. Definitely recommend!

Hotel Giorgione is a beautify boutique hotel with an amazing pool oasis in Florence. Pool staff was very accommodating. 20 min walk to most attractions. We went during a heat wave (100 degrees) and the air conditioning did not make room comfortable and difficult to sleep.

This property needs renovation, carpet in hallway is worn out; the room tv is located on a side not in front, channels limited, Clearly needs maintenance. Ended up opening windows to have air in the room the AC was unavailable at the room I stayed in.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel is a bit tired and dated and communal areas don’t have much of an atmosphere. Excellent shower in the bathroom. The room was a little bit soulless with no pictures on the wall. I travelled with a friend and we booked 2 single rooms and we were at opposite ends of the hotel, with me being in a strange little out building and her in the main hotel despite us making the reservation under one booking. My friends room was very small. The hotel says it’s a 4 star but realistically it’s a 3 at best. It’s in a great location for exploring beautiful Florence.

Lovely stay at Hotel Royal, staff were friendly anf helpful. Room was nice overlooking the garden and had everything we needed. Luckily they opened the pool early as not due to open until 1st June. Would have been lovely to have a dining option in the hotel but lots of nice places nearby, including vegetarian, vegan in the same street

Lovely staff and super welcoming. Our room was a little worn. This is a typical villa type accommodation where the room is going to be like this…our only issue was that this particular room was next to the kitchen and off the lobby and it’s lovely to look at but loud to sleep through. The breakfast staff in particular are wonderful and the spread very good. Overall a nice stay.

Truly feels like a grand hotel from the moment you enter the property. It has likely seen better days however we felt right at home in the Deluxe Terrace room. High ceilings and chandelier make it feel luxurious. Our only critique is the dated furniture including the bed which was quite stiff. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
