The hotel does not feel like 4 stars compared to others we have been to: Had to ask for the wifi code which is normally given automatically, no water bottle opener in the room, no coffee or tea in the room, safe was not working, charge for parking although they have ample space and this is the first thing we were told when we arrived. We waited until the end of the breakfast for the cappuccino to arrive etc. Management needs a wake up call there!

Dear Guest,We regret for your report.Unfortunately, due to the higher temperature than the seasonal average and the presence of the river Arno, we registered many mosquitos this winter. Immediately, we act with sprays to try to reduce the discomfort.Our staff is always at disposal of all our guests during the stay in case of report. There is no kettle in the room but we can provide it on request. Otherwise we have a bar open until late in the evening.The cost of parking is communicated at the time of check-in and allows to leave your car in complete safety and always have it available. The rate is in line with the prices charged by other hotels and private car parkings in this area of Florence.We’re sorry for the wait at breakfast and for not having made you perceive the quality normally appreciated by our guests. Bel établissement près du centre (15 min à pied). La chambre décorée de manière originale et très spacieuse ( 3 personnes). Jolie terrasse pour un apéro, adresse a retenir

Personal freundlich. Das Zimmer gross, das Bett gut. Aber das Zimmer ist unpraktisch eingerichtet, bettlampen funktionierten nicht, Teppich am Boden, bei der Dusche funktionierte nur die Regendusche, nicht die normale Brause, Garderobe mit wenig Bügeln und fast keine Ablagefläche Essen: beim Frühstück wenig Auswahl, fast keine frische Produkte

Unser Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl an Kuchen, die direkt von unseren Mitarbeitern zubereitet werden, Salate, Bio- und glutenfreie Produkte, Fleisch, Käse und einige warme Speisen. Belle situtation à 20 minutes à pied du centre. Parking fermé pour véhicule pour 20 euros la nuit. Super petit déjeuner. Rien à redire. Cartier calme.

Huoneessa ei ollut roskakoria. Suihkun vettä oli hankala säätää, välillä liian kuumaa, välillä liian kylmää.
