The condo is well located in the City of Florence. The Florence Civic Center is 4.7 miles/8 minutes away. McCleod Hospital is just a couple miles away, and we are located just 10 minutes from FLO airport.

It is also worth mentioning that a train horn can be heard in the far distance- we are *not* located on/near the tracks.
