It was a great price, we enjoyed how close we were to everything. We didnt like how small the shower was and that the room had trouble getting cold.

We really wanted a central place to stay in Florence near the station and the main touristic places and this hotel was the best option. Breakfast is excellent! They offer many options and you can always get a capuccino, water and prosecco for free. Antonello and his team offers excellent service. Our train departed very early, and they prepared us a to go breakfast and capuccino!! Thank you and we will go back for sure!!!

Excellent experience, my name is Paolo and I must say my stay was excellent. I’ve travelled to many hotels over the years in Italy and I must say you pay for what you get. I stayed with my wife and 4 nights and the experience was very good from the warm welcome we received from Mirko upon our arrival and offered us some water straight away. I also really enjoyed the breakfast and not to mention Antonello who managed the breakfast area he was so attentive to our needs and was fun to speak with he is a treasure. The bathroom and room was excellent, Luxourious linens, high thread count, great pillows, clean, spacious, air condition worked perfectly. only improvement I would recommend would be to have more selections of tv channels even though we didn’t watch much tv. This is a perfect location, very busy, walking distance to everywhere, can be a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper.

Location is perfect!
First. The staff was amazing and so kind. Top notch and made our stay even better. Second. The location of the hotel was perfect. Perfectly located walkable to everything you want to see in Florence. Nothing was more than 15 minutes away. The Doumo was 3 mins away. All the luxury shopping was a stone throws a way. The hotel is above Gucci. Third. The hotel room is so Italian and so quaint. It has everything we needed. We weren’t in there much. It was comfortable and adorable. This hotel is great. We highly recommended it and would stay here again.

Convenient location, lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff, very affordable for the prime location. Room was a bit too hot and you can’t adjust the temperature or leave the window open for air because of the noise.
