Such a lovely area and very close to the Arno (River). Everything is within 10-15min walk. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The room itself was plain & simple but adequate for a short stay. The bathroom would have been fine if the shower drained away more quickly. After a short time the shallow tray overflowed. The staff we saw were pleasant to deal with but the check in system is not very customer friendly. We were given the wrong telephone number to phone for entry when the reception was closed.

The location, access service and communication was good, but the room had a terrible smell specially in the bathroom that we almost threw up. The building also smell bad, if you are okay with that then you can stay there. I wished they had air freshener inside the bathroom to aliviate the smell.

This property was an unexpected gem. The location was wonderful and the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The staff was so nice and very helpful & available. I definitely recommend.

Hair on the bed , we couldn't find reception as no instruction where it was. They sent an email asking what time we are going to arrive when we checked in already. After check-out ask to send our passport copy. Weird.... it is like AiRBNB , self check in ....

This hotel was wonderful value for money. Beautiful, clean, hot water, great water pressure, nice towels, great window that lets fresh air in and lovely view of the street. Will definitely stay again. I can highly recommend
