The hotel is in a great area. Center and close to main attractions, restaurants, shops, etc... And yet tucked in a quiet road we didn’t hear anything. It’s like a minute walk to the duomo and enjoyed the area very much. Someone played music every day we were on the area.

DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
The location of the hotel is perfect and it's a lovely lobby. However, when we got into the room, it was excessively hot. We thought it just needed time for the AC to kick in. After an hour with no change, we called the desk and they assured us it was fine and they could control it from their end. I stressed to them that I suffer from SEVERE asthma and the heat was going to trigger that and make me sick. They said they understood and the AC would be on "shortly." A few hours later and nothing changed. When I went to talk to the front desk again, by this time it was the night staff who said oh the AC is broken in our room and they did not have another room to move us to, but they gave us a fan. I was so sick from the heat and my asthma. We were only staying one night. When i went to check out the next day, i was SHOCKED that they did not even offer to give a reduction or anything. When i asked them about it, they seemed suprised and said they needed to speak to the manager. 30 minutes later they did come back with 30%. While it was appreciated, the whole ordeal was really dangerous to my health and disappointing about their seemingly lack of care.

Great location and nice accommodations but avoid the extras. They said they would arrange transportation but they quoted 109 euros when Uber was 68 euros and they charged 7 euros for a Coke.

Great location. Very central to everything; restaurants, The Duomo, shopping, museums etc. The room we stayed in had a huge bathroom, very clean and the staff were helpful and wonderful. The only critique would be every time you leave your room, the air conditioning turns off (need your key in the room for it to run and you only get 1 key) and takes a bit for it to cool down again (we travelled in August during a heat wave).
