Check in (evening) receptionist was inflexible and unyielding. Pool was closed without any notice. Otherwise very good stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Morning receptionist however was excellent and helpful. Breakfast was decent.

Nice property, but does need some work.
This was a nice property at a good price. The pet fee was reasonable, but the pet walk area was small. In addition, there were no poop bags and the poop bag trash can was full with other refuse. The black out curtains on my room did not close, so the parking lot lights shone through the sheers all night, that wasn't fun.

The check-in experience wasn’t great but the hotel is fairly new and in good condition. I would consider staying there again and just hope the late-night staff has better training in the future.

Overall it looks like a highend hotel, but it misses the comfort in details, being tacky to be modern but lack of essentials to be like a home, amenities does not match other hotels in same league, shower is there, just not good enough, artwork is there but very bad taste. The worst is its lightings, like a prison cell.

Our Family Memorial Trip
The stay was ok, we came in town for a memorial service so it was a bitter sweet visit. The stay at the hotel was good . the only complaint I would have was that there were strands of hair in sink and bathroom shower, so we cleaned it ourselves, outside of that it was ok.
