Great location, clean and convenient in the midst of Florence. The staff and service was not the most hospitable but if you can overlook that, the property is in a great stay and walkable to most of the top attractions and entertainment.

It's very hard to check in and find the room. We also did not recieve any information on how to check in beforehand. And they claimed the room had not been pre-paid, which it had. And their only listed telephone number is a non-working number. Besides that the room itself was nice and big. And central.
