Enjoyed our stay at this comfortable attractive hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and willing to help at any time with information. We loved the location as it was very walkable to everything we wanted to do in Florence with many dining options nearby.

I had a single room overlooking the inner courtyard. View of duomo to left, rooftops of Florence all around. Wonderful breakfast excellent coffee, close to many centers of interest, but quiet because of location

We had a wonderful stay here in Florence! I truly feel like this hotel is a gem hidden in the city. If location is priority to you then this is your place! 5 min walk to the Duomo and Bell tower and everywhere else we wanted to go we were able to walk to within 15-30 minutes. The rooms are so nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. We had an issue our first night with a college graduation celebration that made it pretty difficult to sleep as our windows were facing the front piazza however the next morning the front desk staff understood and they were able to change our room right away which was perfectly quiet! Overall would stay here again and recommend!

The hotel was lovely and very convenient to central Florence. Car access was difficult, however once at the hotel they safely parked our car and picked up luggage when we departed. Excellent service. Lovely breakfast. Very happy with our stay!

This was a super convenient location and for the price, the rooms were very nice. Everything was clean, the staff was helpful and kind, and as a solo female traveler I never felt unsafe in the area or the hotel itself. Breakfast was also great for being free. Would definitely stay here again!

It reminded me of a luxury hotel that was priced in my budget. The interior design of my room was beautiful and the staff was very helpful. It was a short walk to the Duomo(Cattedrale di Santa Maria dei Fiore). I will return for my next visit to Florence.

I absolutely loved this hotel and was sad to leave! It's beautiful, the staff was amazing, and the breakfast options were great. The location is perfect for tourists, making our experience in Florence even more enjoyable!
