What a lovely property! Front desk persons both during the time of checking in and checking out were very nice and cheerful! I had a forest view room which has separate living area and bedroom! Convenient and clean!

This place was great. It's like staying at your mom's house. Squeaky clean. Comfy bed. Silent atop a short hill overlooking the town and river, yet walkable to old town sweetnesses and the 101 "gasoline cities of America" (Kerouac) roadside vibe. My fave: the "No vacancy" sign on the thigh-burning slope, which looks perpetual, like Hotel California.

Nice place to stay in Old Town Florence
We liked this place! It’s pretty small which we like better than a some of the huge hotels on the coast. We liked that we could walk down to old town Florence in a few minutes and be right in the river. We could even see the river from our room which was lovely. The only thing we would recommending an upgrade on is the bed. The mattress is pretty much a marshmallow. I didn’t mind it so much but my guy ended up sleeping on the floor for his back.

Walking distance to Old Town and the harbor. Really clean hotel in a nice area. Jet tub was wonderful! Only down side is the internet was extremely slow the whole time, which was tough when we needed directions, but otherwise we really loved it. Would recommend!
