Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Couldn't be more central - 50 yards from the Duomo.

Fantastic location, really could not be any better

Pros: Location was excellent - close to the Duomo so an excellent base for a short trip.
Location: Duomo, San Lorenzo market area, Mercato Centrale are really close by.
About one minute from the Duomo so you really couldn't ask for a better location for sight seeing. Staff were lovely too. Would really recommend this hotel. We travelled with children and found it to be family friendly.

Hôtel placé au centre. Propre et bien équipé. Le personnel est gentil et accueillant. Si vous avez des questions, ils n'hésitent pas à vous répondre gentiment. Séjourner dans cet hôtel nous a permis d'avoir un super séjour à Florence.

Wir haben die Suite auf 3 Stockwerken mit einer super Terrasse gebucht. Die Aussicht und das Zimmer waren wirklich toll. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

I am sorry to read your feedback, the night porter mentioned your irritation at check out over payment for water but to be honest I didn't understand why. If you would like to write to me directly I would certainly appreciate any clarification as you had left by 8.00am when I arrived. Enjoy your day

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr zentral, in 2 Gehminuten ist man beim Dom. Dafür ist der Preis sehr fair. Im Zimmer war es sehr ruhig. Die Unterkunft war sauber, das Bett etwas hart. Aber für 3 Nächte waren wir sehr zufrieden.
