Amazing hotel with great facilities and staff! A few highlights. Attached gym is only 10 euros and is 24 hours. The restaurant is lovely - great breakfast and we also ate dinner one night which was so good. Nice menu and some great staff! The staff sorted all our taxis for us and were always there to help. Location wise, only a short 15 min walk from the centre of Florence - which means you can have an extra scoop of gelato!

We had a wonderful four-night stay at the IQ Hotel Florence. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even arranging a cab for us at 3:30 am for our early departure. The hotel is modern and eco-friendly, making us feel good about our stay. It was the perfect way to end our trip, offering just the right mix of luxury and comfort. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and sustainable stay in Florence!

As much as we enjoyed our stay here it was a 15-45 minute walk to all the sites in the area. 20 minutes to train station. Nice breakfast, hot tub, health club. Most restaurants beyond the hotels were 8 minutes plus away. Room was clean and staff serviced it every day if wanted.

We loved our stay at IQ the location was perfect, it was away from the hustle and bustle but walking distance to everything you need from dining to shopping. The restaurant was amazing and the breakfast had many delicious options.

We were given a room right beside the parking garage light and the sign of a restaurant. Even with the curtains drawn the room was well lit throughout the night. It was very noisy in the early morning hours with people making lots of noise downstairs. Other than this they had a great restaurant - a bit pricey but not much other choices close by. Most of the staff was friendly. They have a 45 minute limit for the spa. However by 35 minutes someone knocked on the door and said they wanted to start cleaning for the next guests. They have a washer and dryer which is helpful, however you have to pay to dry the items twice as it does not dry very well. The area outside the hotel seems a bit unsafe and lonely so we opted to use cabs.

The hotel was quite nice. However, the standard double room was very small for two people. We were spending two weeks in Italy with 2 nights in Florence & had four bags in total. We barely had any floor space to open more than one at a time. Friendly staff & about a 7 minute walk from the statue of David.

This hotel was clean and comfortable, a close walk to main attractions and shopping, while also being off the beaten path. The staff were very pleasant and always helpful. The room showers were nice and it was great to have a gym on the premises. It was a nice mid range hotel, nothing fancy.
