The lighting around the property needs to be updated. The walkways are dim and due to the location of the property, it could be deemed as unsafe. Finally, the hot water does not work. Please fix. Thanks

Area was ok, plenty of parking. Staff was nice. Nothing like the photos. Everything looked old. Small tv and small pillows and the bed felt wet like the sheets hadn’t dried. Slept on top of the bedding. Plugs didn’t work either. Got me by on a travel stop though.

Stayed with two kids and husband for a night between travels. Room smelled weird and the tv didn’t work but they switched our room with a working tv no problem. That room though also smelled a little musty. AC took a little bit to cool the room off but it was fine. The towels also smelled weird but whatever. Quick dinner options, gas and breakfast was the usual bagel and cereal which wasn’t bad it was a quick easy breakfast for the kids before getting back on the road. Overall not bad.

Room was in very good condition. Very comfortable bed and good selection of TV stations. Check in was fast and efficient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only minor quibbles: one of the latches was off on the toilet seat; you have to love your heavy suitcase up stairs if you get a room on a second floor, and breakfast options were fairly limited. But very good value for the relatively inexpensive price that I paid. And very convenient to I-95.

Everything about my stay at the Florence, SC Wyndham Howard Johnson went exactly as I would have hoped for from booking to checkin to accommodations, breakfast and check out. The staff was pleasant, professional and very accommodating to every request and the room was great.

I didnt stay...I wasn't alliwed to because I live within 30 miles of the hotel...I tried to contact you guys for a refund but I couldn't reach anyone. The hotel canceled the reservation but I still got charged and I didn't even stay. Very upset, frustrated, and discouraged...

Its was right after hurricane debby. I was afraid there would maybe be some big issues because of that. The door was a little tight from the major humidity, to be expected. Other than that everything was maintained and great. Staff is awesome!
