We came from Venice and the hotel is close to the train station which was useful. Only a 10 or 15 minute walk to the main historic centre. The hotel is small which we liked and it was really clean and bright. The air conditioning was wonderful after the heat in Venice. Staff friendly. Breakfast was good and the afternoon tea of tea, coffee and snacks was really nice to come back to after walking all day. Haven’t seen that in any previous hotel. Definitely would recommend.

Hotel Rapallo was great for our stay. The concierge was attentive and accessible for all of our transfer needs, and the balcony from our room was beautiful. Would definitely recommend & also stay here again.

Hotel is a little gold mine. Under the radar, but definitely a pleasant stay. Newly remodeled-and it shows. Breakfast for guests the best I've seen other than large 4 star hotels. Staff helpful, and accomodating. If you're in Florence I would highly recommend this little jewel of a property.

Hotel Rapallo is an excellent establishment. The staff there are the best I have experienced anywhere. The facilities are well-maintained. The location is a reasonable walk to all major attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly return in the future!
