The hotel was a decent walk from the train station and nice and away from the major tourist attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite small and don’t offer bathtubs but very easily doable and well laid out for a general stay. I wouldn’t recommend for longer than a week but for a few days it’s perfect.

Beautiful well appointed property. Very comfortable Queen size bed which is not easy to find in Italy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a buffet plus made to order items and was delicious. We rented a car and didn’t even use it because everything you want to see is walking distance from this hotel. Less than 20 minutes from the airport. No complaints, we loved our stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rapallo. The location is excellent, super close to all tourist attractions yet in a quieter area. Housekeeping did a wonderful job in the room the two days I was there. Everything was clean and not at all worn out. Staff all around was friendly and they were helpful with ordering me a very early taxi when I had to leave! Would stay here again in an instant and recommend it to anyone.

A good property recently refurbished with efficient staff. I mark it down for serving 'orange juice' that was clearly 'orange' powder reconstituted with water. For a 4 star hotel in Tuscany that's unforgivable. If the hotel replaced this with pure (real) orange juice the rating is a comfortable 4.

Upscale boutique hotel has a great atmosphere. The staff exhibited great hospitality and customer service. When I came back to the hotel, they would ask about my experience. Short walk, 10-15 minutes to train station. Restaurants nearby. The TV in the room was tiny, like a 12-15 inch screen. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

We came from Venice and the hotel is close to the train station which was useful. Only a 10 or 15 minute walk to the main historic centre. The hotel is small which we liked and it was really clean and bright. The air conditioning was wonderful after the heat in Venice. Staff friendly. Breakfast was good and the afternoon tea of tea, coffee and snacks was really nice to come back to after walking all day. Haven’t seen that in any previous hotel. Definitely would recommend.

Hotel Rapallo was great for our stay. The concierge was attentive and accessible for all of our transfer needs, and the balcony from our room was beautiful. Would definitely recommend & also stay here again.

Hotel is a little gold mine. Under the radar, but definitely a pleasant stay. Newly remodeled-and it shows. Breakfast for guests the best I've seen other than large 4 star hotels. Staff helpful, and accomodating. If you're in Florence I would highly recommend this little jewel of a property.
