A unique property with a deep history. This is a boutique hotel with a personality. We thoroughly enjoyed the room, amenities, breakfast, and views from the panoramic lounge. Walkable to all the key sites in Florence. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect! It was minutes away (walking distance) from Ponte Vecchio Bridge but on the quiet end, away from the busy tourist area. There were many good dining options close by. Our room was spacious with a lovely garden view. Bed was comfortable. The rooftop bar/restaurant had an amazingly view and awesome ambience. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful generous people work here! The room was very clean and comfortable, the location was very central for tours, restaurants, and sights. We had a difficult trip before we arrived here and they made us feel at home here. The only small complaint was that the wifi was inconsistent and sometimes difficult to get a signal (this seemed to be a problem throughout Florence)

The hotel is very accessible to the most sought after tourist locations. It’s a very eclectic and interesting hotel. The breakfast is wonderful, the rooftop dining is spectacular, food very very good. We found the staff helpful, engaging, and very professional.

The hotel staff arranged to have a ramp built for me on the spot when I arrived as there was one step at entrance and couldn’t manage it with a wheelchair. I was very impressed. Nice hotel. Gorgeous lobby. Everything was very clean. Very convenient location steps away from the Ponte Vecchio bridge.
