We stayed in the superior apartment in the annex building. At first we were disappointed to learn this is nowhere near the main hotel but in the end we loved it. It’s in a great area, right next to the Ponte Vecchio and easily walkable to lots of attractions. The apartment itself is amazing, very spacious, clean and has everything you could need, including an amazing patio with a fantastic view! We would hands down stay again. You can also eat at the hotel or their partner hotels for breakfast. We are at the main hotel and the breakfast was top notch. Don’t hesitate with this property, it’s well worth it and all the staff very friendly.

This was one of my favorite properties I've ever stayed at. I think it's in an excellent location in the city and then the amenities and service shine once inside. My husband and I stayed at Hotel L'Orologio and we found the facility to be clean and modern. The area is incredibly walkable and the hotel was centrally located to many of art galleries and attractions. There are fantastic restaurants in the area as well and the Officina Profumo Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella is a two minute walk away. We would absolutely stay here again!

This hotel is in a great location. Walkable to all places in florence and a stones throw away from the tram which takes you to the airport for like 1.70 euro! And its close to tbe main line station if you wish to take day trips. The area outside is a nice square with restaurants. You dont need to want for much here. Breakfast was nice on the rooftop area with nice view and good selection of food.

Property was amazing very upscale and elegant. Only a hand a couple of the staff members were friendly and nice or ther ones were very rude and sarcastic not wanting to help. Aside from that the property is located in the center of the main square.
