Riccardo welcomed us with open arms as did all of the hotel staff. They were amazing. 15-20 minute walk and you are able to reach all of the piazza’s, restaurants, shopping and Sights of the city. The free breakfast buffet is amazing. Across the street is a wonderful cafe with excellent cappuccino. Try the little near-by restaurants, osteria’s and trattoria’s. You will be pleasantly surprised. We will be back with more of our family next year.

For the convenience and proximity to the Novella Santa Maria Train Station, you can’t get any closer to that. The facilities is antiquated but nevertheless clean,and staff were super friendly and helpful. It’s not easy to find on the first past, but once you find the doors, you’ll take an elevator up to the 2nd floor and you’re in. Not ADA friendly or if you have a need for a wheelchair. The area around the train station is bustling, McDonalds if you need one while in Florence (but why would you!). Short walk to the Duomo. Never felt unsafe, but the area gets a bit seedy in the evening. But it was so nice waking up and walking across the street to the train station.

Clean comfortable and great service
This is a beautiful, elegant and very well run hotel. Very professional front desk staff is extremely courteous and helpful. They provided great restaurant recommendations and were very kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Definitely recommend for quality cleanliness and comfort.

It is an elegant hotel and it is located in a quiet area and easy walk to all attractions. There are many restaurants nearby or at walking distance. Breakfast was great. Good beds and bathroom. Loved having tea at the end of the day in the lobby.

The staff here goes above and beyond!!! My room assignment faced the street and the was a light on during the first part of the night until 2am and I was concerned because my room was too bright to fall asleep. They made sure to turn it off at an earlier time next day. Great restaurant recommendation as well.

Hotel was very elegant in design and the breakfast was enough to choose. Friendly staff and helpful. The only disappointment in our room the bath and shower together was not a good choice for me. Otherwise a comfortable stay.

Very nice hotel, well located not far from the city center. It would have been 5 stars if their internet worked better, it was very slow and almost impossible to do real work while in the room. If you just need to check your Facebook once in awhile, it's fine. With a name like "Executive", you'd expect someone to be able to work a little, though.
