Great location but can be noisy at night (esp. on weekend). Elevator was not working for most our stay but luckily we were only on 2 floors up and worked the day we left. Enjoyed the convenience though as right next to Duomo.

Loving the place especially the location. I am just few steps away from Duomo. So easy to get back when i feel like using the toilet. Everything went well, Andrea is amazing! He immediately responds on my concerns. The only worst thing happened during our stay, we were unfortunate that the elevator had a problem.

I would like to say , to those peoples whos complaining about this hotel , if you choose this hotel is because is very convenient for ubication and price , no bc there not breakfast or you can hear everything from outside , that's is no a really problem , while you have a safe and clean room , the boy in reception was very kind ! Of course I recommend this hotel...it have a beautiful view to the Duomo...it just around corner , incredible !

Excellent location to all Florence has to offer. Steps away from the duomo and museum, a very short walk not the Accademia, Uffizi, and more. It was right in the historic district so it is definitely an older property and a busy area but still nice and clean. Friendly staff and easy to get around. A walkable distance to the train station, about 15 minutes.

This hotel is misrepresented by it’s descriptions and photos. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a decent size, with clean towels each day. The staff were were polite, helpful and welcoming, but there is no hospitality or value for the price. The dingy entrance leads to a rickety not “refurbished” lift, with hardly enough space to move the luggage when leaving . To the left of the unwelcoming reception area is a plain table with some chairs, and a hot drinks machine which is only switched on for a few hours in the morning. Around the corner is a small area with an old sofa, and a table with a kettle and some teabags and paper cups. Certainly no “ breakfast or terrace” mentioned on the sites. No lounge either. The room was adequate with barely any extras. There were some crisps, 2 bottles of water and a mini bottle of prosecco when we arrived, and in the bathroom was 2 small sachets of shower cream which were replaced each day. The place feels like a hostel, each morning we were greeted by the sound of people urinating in the bathroom next door the walls are so thin. The only things going for it are the location and cleanliness and helpful staff. The photos and description are misleading to prospective guests. We wouldn’t go back.

The check in was great. The room was small but served the purpose. The pillows could use improvement. Great location. The sign was hard to see it’s right under another big sign and it just says Hotel.
