We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Small hotel but has all you need for couple of day stays. Staff are very good and speaks English well. Very close to Market Centrale and fine Trattoria Za Za. 10 minutes walk to train station.

Great location and service but too noisy!
The hotel is very well located with supermarkets, restaurants, shops and main tourist sites just outside. The staff were great and the room service excellent. The only downsides were that it was too noisy to sleep - every movement made by the people in a room above or in the next rooms can be heard. People walking around upstairs Sounds like very loud thuds and bangs on the ceilings - okay for heavy sleepers only. We didn’t hear noise from outside even though it’s a very busy area. The breakfast is good but the room is tiny and difficult to move around when any other guests are in there.

Overall the hotel is between average and good. The air conditioner is not cool enough to battle the 40 degrees Celsius heat. Other thing is there is uranium smell in the bathroom room even the staff use bleach to clean it after we reported the issue. We suspect it could be caused by the heat evaporate from the sewage as we were living on the 2nd floor. Breakfast is average but not too much space if everyone comes at the same time. Overall is average for the price.

Love this cozy place
Love this place! The room is very clean and cozy, they provided not only complementary bottle waters and also a bottle of red wine! The breakfast bar offered variety of choices and the coffee was good! Oh did I mention friendly staffs and front desk? Last but not least, the hotel is just right behind central market and in walking distance to train station! I will definitely stay here again if any chance and recommend to friends!

This is a lovely property that pays homage to Pinocchio. A wooden Pinocchio lounges by the entrance and greets guests as they enter. Beware of the limited elevator- almost feels like you have to pull yourself and luggage up the one flight it carries you. The wooden accents throughout the property is lovely. Staff is fabulous!
