The hotel was amazing, clean and modern, convenient to walk to shops, restaurants and to go site seeing. The best part is how helpful and sweet the staff were from the moment we arrived! We had a wonderful time in Florence and would love to come back! I highly recommend this hotel!!

Love the hotel, location is great, staff is friendly, room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable, our bathroom is pretty and shower water hose power is great! One small minus is water leaks from shower place onto the bathroom floor. Otherwise love the hotel and wish to come back

Overall, this hotel was excellent primarily due to: location, bar tender, front desk staff, cleanliness. The roof top is over-the-top. We didn’t eat there, but the views and drink service was excellent. Location is central to most sights that you would want to visit.

What an excellent hotel, whilst in Florence we discussed the hotel and where we rated it against the many hotels we’ve stayed in, we put it very near the top. The room was excellent, very stylish, clean and great quality. The restaurants were great especially the rooftop restaurant. The staff were excellent, professional and friendly. A great experience.

Hotel Calimala is conveniently located. The rooms were clean and stylish. We enjoyed our 5 night stay. I did have one issue which was quickly resolved by the front desk. Would recommend and stay again.

Excellent location to walk to most of the major attractions. Lots of dining options available, including the roof top bar which had an amazing view. Staff was kind and helpful, and I probably can't say enough about how accommodating they were. Rooms were clean. The area around the hotel is the center of it all so would not recommend if you want quiet. Great spot if you want to enjoy the excitement of Florence.
