Staff are very friendly and helpful! Location is convenient and central to all areas. Room was very quiet despite street noise. Air conditioner worked very well in 100 degree temps during the day.

Italian style apartment room near duomo as well as the train station. Tons of dining options nearby. Just the hotel don’t have a lift so you have to carry your luggages upstair.

Location was wonderful for experiencing the Florence city center. Most major attractions just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We knew this going in, but no elevator support might negatively impact those needing this support. Parking was challenging, but the hotel assisted in advance and correctly advised us to go to a parking service (which they provided the name and address for) and walk to the hotel from there (only 50 meters to the hotel). Had we needed assistance to bring belongings from the car parking location to the hotel, I am sure they would have assisted, but we didn’t need this help.

The room in Hotel Accademia was small for our family, however we enjoyed their breakfast. The washroom felt super tiny. The location was convenient but in a “rougher” neighborhood.

We were here for 5 nights and it was clean, had all the amenities we needed, the staff were friendly, and the location cannot be beat. 5 minutes or less from the main train station (SMN), the Duomo, and shopping- all on foot. There are SO many dining and nighttime options nearby, too. Florence is a magical city and this hotel was perfectly situated to enjoy them all.

A beautiful small hotel in the heart of Florence. Only a short walk from the station. We had a 4 bed family room, travelling with our two children and this hotel was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful with lots of local knowledge and suggestions. The breakfast buffet was excellent. So much selection and the quality of food was great. We felt safe and looked after during our two night stay. We would definitely book here again.

Overall was a good experience. The room we got had water leakage from the ceiling and the AC was not working but the staff were really nice and solved the problem immediately by moving us to another room with a perfect AC. I would definitely use the same hotel again.
