I was upgraded upon arrival with early check in and immediately was delivered a bottle of wine to my room. Wonderful! It was a comfortable stay. The area around the hotel was kind of sketchy with homelessness etc but nobody bothered me and the market is a stones throw away and also the train station

The beds were very small and super uncomfortable (single bed is actually 1/2 size). Location is convenient, breakfast was good, and the rooftop pool is a gem.

Great experience
We had a lovely room and loved to relax on the rooftop pool after a long day of exploring. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with any suggestions (food, views, etc.) We even found a cool record shop nearby! Our room was really clean and comfortable. We were right next to the elevator but had no issues with it being loud. Hotel was also very close to the train station which was convenient with all of our bags. We watched the sunset from the rooftop one night and it was magical. It was a 360-degree view of the city. So close to the Duomo and other beautiful spaces.

Worth staying here!!
Smack dab in the heart of main attractions. It was super helpful being close to everything. Rooftop bar and pool gave amazing views of all around. Worth staying here if you can get the chance to.

The rooms were like a prison cell and lacked any character. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the toilet was about 10 cm higher than normal. The breakfast was mediocre. Staff were very accommodating and the location was good.

Love this hotel. Super convenient to train station and short walk to the main areas of Florence. Roof top pool and bar is awesome. It’s a modern and clean hotel. Breakfast is great.
