Had reserved a room three hours prior to arrival on Expedia. When I arrived they had already sold the room. Receptionist was rude and told me she had tried to call me several times. My phone works fine, and nobody had called me. Not entirely Days Inn's fault. But the service was not good. I was also kicked out of the lobby while trying to figure out a place to stay. I've never seen a hotel lobby close at 10pm. Seems early.

The lady at the desk was not happy to be there! Dont get me wrong, we all have our days but my god she was not friendly at all. The room was not clean. I will never be back at the days inn in Florence, SC.

it was good in price but still I would say that I didn’t like cold breakfast and also bed was not aligned with the head boards. No toilet tissues except the one in use. I asked for accessible room so I don’t know if it only meant with accessible parking and not accessible bathroom accessories. Staff at counter was nice and cooperative for my issues at check in.

I would say we received the bare minimun. I would suggest putting rubber adhesives in the tub especially in the handicapped room as it wasn't a walk in-shower. Also our towels were stained.
