Ive stayed here many times before. The lady that usually check me in was leaving as i checked in at 3pm. The new lady lied. I reserved King room downstairs. She said they were sold out. Once i questioned my pre-paid reservation she changed. Once i arrived in room 121 the air-conditioneer knob was broke. The second morning of my stay i was awakened by housekeeping saying check-out is 9am. This is definitely not true and we dont appreciate the nonrequested wakeup!
No one was at the hotel when we arrived. Rang the bell over and over again. Took 15mins to finally get someone there. No attempt to make it right at all.
The placebis a run down motel in an undesirable area attracting a seedy crowd. They put us way on the dark end of the lot which made us worry about robbery. The TV did not work, the phone as well. The interior was gross, needs remodel, repairs made in room were obvious and of poor quality. Even Dominos would not deliver to us. Also nobody answers phone, lots of problems ensuring a room that allows Pets, and surprise Pet fee. Even the front office is behind glass like a bank. Stay away from this place.
It took. 3 different rooms to get a decent room. 1st room had 1/2 water on bathroom floor. 2nd room had bed bugs. 3 rd room looked like someone was staying in it but I was so exhausted I accepted it and. Also I was afraid what else would be found in another room
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Checked into the hotel, got to my room and the second I opened the door it immediately smelt like animal urine, heard a crunch under my feet because there were bugs running around absolutely everywhere. There were cigarettes burns and stains on the bedding. Gathered my things and my daughter and checked out not even ten minutes after having checked in.
