I love location, location, location. Easy to walk around and many good restaurants. The rooms are unique and different. The staff was great. The rooms.are a little pricey but for the location and what you get is probably normal and Florance.

The hotel is modern, clean and has a fantastic location. Walking distance to all the attractions, shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to be back. This could have been a 5 star review had it not been for a few things like the rules regarding access to the swimming pool. We paid premium prices for this hotel as it had a pool which is rare in Florence. However, it is only after booking your accommodation that you find out that use of the pool is limited to one-hour pre-booked sessions and that under 18s are not allowed. My son who is about to turn 18 in a matter of a couple of months was denied access which was incredibly disappointing, it's not like he is a little kid nor was he going to be using the facilities unaccompanied. Your policies need to be more transparent and made clear at the time of booking not afterwards. The bathroom has a nasty open drains smell and the hot water fluctuates badly so your shower goes from warm to cold to scalding hot which is very dangerous. There is mould in the shower area and it could benefit from a good wipe down with some bleach to address it. While the rooms are a good size and the terrace was a great bonus,I feel like we wasted our money and could have found something comparable without a pool at a better price.

We had two rooms here for our stay in Florence-- one for us and one for our teenagers. Both rooms were beautiful and comfortable, very clean. And the location really could not be beat-- very walkable to just about every major attraction in Florence. Our only issue was that the air conditioning in our room was not working correctly. It was blowing air, but it never got cool our entire stay. Even with the temp set as low as possible, our room was very warm all the time. We brought it up at the front desk, they sent a maintenence worker up to look at it. He fiddled with the remote a bit, turned the unit on and off a few times, then left saying he needed to get someone else. But no one ever came back to address the problem.

Great hotel. Has everything you need and is in a terrific location!! We were able to walk from the train station with our luggage which was just under a 15 minute walk. It was nice to be in the heart of Firenze for our stay. Highly recommend!

Mi vuelo a Florencia se canceló y no pude llegar a dormir, así que hablé al hotel para avisarles pero al día suigiente llegué a media noche al hotel y me dijeron que mi reservación había sido cancelada! Cuando que ya estaba pagada por tres días. Luego les dije que no importaba que iba a pagar otra noche, pero me dijeron que ya no tenían habitaciones, así que tuve que ir a otro hotel y pagarlo. Terrible trato!! Y yo sola a media noche.
