Unfortunately we arrived at this hotel right after a big rain, and the sewer smell in the lobby and corridors was almost unbearable. It is a problem in the old part of the city and it was especially bad at this hotel. The location is great and the staff is nice. The maid service is also good. Our room was small and faced into a light well. We were offered an upsell on our second/last night. Usually we are given an upgrade at no extra charge if it’s available because we are both longtime Expedia gold members. Not the case here unfortunately…

This place is THE place to stay in florence. First of all its a palace! It is the heart close to all the piazzas and the activities and night life. You can walk everywhere easily from here. The service and staff were exceptional and tended to evert need in minutes. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a bit smaller but other wise clean and well kept. The breakfast was not good and i would look for another choice for food instead. However Overall i would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous! Everything about this property was 5-star! The inside and outside of this property is extremely well maintained. The staff is spectacular. From front desk to concierge to dining and more. Everyone we spoke with at this property was very friendly and oh so helpful. Highly recommend. If you are in Florence and this is within your budget, you have to stay there!

Hôtel parfait à tout point de vue, je recommande !
Notre séjour au Bernini Palace a été formidable ! Le personnel est souriant, accueillant et dévoué. L'immeuble est très propre, la décoration est superbe et il est très bien situé. Près de plusieurs restaurants offrant un vaste de choix de menus très intéressants et près de tous les attraits principaux de la ville, tout se visite à distance de marche. Nous avons loué la chambre Deluxe double et celle-ci était grande, bien insonorisée, propre et très lumineuse. Nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir dans notre chambre une bouteille de vin mousseux que l'hôtel a eu la délicatesse de nous offrir pour notre 15e anniversaire de mariage avec une belle carte. Toutes nos demandes ont été prises en considération et tous nos souhaits ont été comblés au-delà de nos espérances. Si un jour nous retournons à Florence, il est incontestable que nous louerons à nouveau une chambre à cet hôtel que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Merci à toute l'équipe du Bernini Palace qui a su rendre notre séjour mémorable notamment par leur accueil, leur sourire et leur dévouement. Un merci particulier à la personne qui a fait le ménage quotidiennement dans notre chambre avec attention et qui avait la délicatesse de remplacer nos serviettes à tous les jours (ce qui est maintenant rare dans les hôtels, surtout depuis la Covid). Que dire de plus ? Je recommande cet hôtel à toute personne qui souhaite visiter Florence sans avoir un doute au niveau de la qualité de l'hôtel choisi !
