I really enjoyed my stay here. I felt like I got a real Italian experience staying here. It was cozy and the bed was super comfortable. I did have some issues with the wifi at times but other than that everything was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Really dont think that the room matched the pictures on Expedia. The shower cubicle could do with a good cleaning to remove the mould. Bedframe was falling apart and the mattress didn't fit the frame. We found the room to be too cramped. Very outdated. Only positive was location with proximity to trams, attractions and shops and in a good area.

Very simple accommodation, but perfect for what we needed in Florence. Easy walking to city center. We rented a car & we were able to find street parking very easily. Quiet neighborhood.

The room is okay, clean, you get what you pay for, this is no 5 star hotel. Its close to the tram or 15min walk from downtown. If youre a light sleeper , even the best earplugs wont cover all the noise of people, doors slamming from the lobby area. So room 1, 2 and 3, forget your sleep after 7-7:30

We stayed for two nights. Nice room, small but clean shared bathroom (the costlier rooms have attached en suites from what we saw). Tea bags and hot water accessible at any time, but coffee was only offered once. Property is pretty far out of town, but at least has a tram stop very close by. All said, for the very cheap price we paid for our visit, it was satisfactory.

Very nice

It was amazing in room 4 - because there was a cooker for like making eggs or coffee if you had a pan or a mocha master, but I didn’t so I had to invest in one and knives and forks and cup and plate… But I really like the place very central and easy to get there and convenient:-)

Fine stay

Generally a fine stay, we had some issues at check in, as we had to call someone to come check in, which we only found out by asking some of the guests of the hotel. One or two days before our arrival B&B cassia sent an email informing that they had moved us to their other hotel, B&B Peterson. They seemed rather similar. Given the price, we had no complaints. They had a common fridge, microwave and coffee machine. We had a private bathroom and shower, which was great.

Not good, not terrible.

When I was booking the hotel, the shower was included in the room description, but we found only a sink in the room. We witnessed violence against women in the room next to us, I was asked to call the police by the girl, later I also notified the owners but they seemed not happy about the police visit and also they were laughing of our concerns of our own safety.

Very CLEAN!

Convenient to city center with close tram stop. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Very conscientious staff doing thorough clean each day. Price is right if you don’t mind carrying luggage up 3 flights. B&B signs say 2nd floor which is actually up 3 flights. No elevator.
