The place was clean and very simple but the bed was not the most comfy. However service was good. All in all it is an ok one night stay.

Only book here if you have no other choice
This is not the place to book for a family stay. The room was scruffy, needed a paint and the laminate floor was damaged for the most part. The bathroom itself has a strange configuration which made using the toilet difficult, made worse by the fact that the toilet seat was completely loose. This place needs a major upgrade just to Lok decent. Inconvenience was that there was no option for a kettle in the room, only the communal one in reception which was really annoying. On the positive side, the bedding was clean and the mattresses were good.

Front desk staff was super nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. The room was a little noisy, seemed like the wall were thin, but that didn't ruin our stay.

This place is ok for one night. The day hours are very different than at night. The prostitute on the corner and tint shower that soaked the bathroom left leas than to be desired.

Poor location, good room but not worth the stay
The male staff at reception were unfriendly, unlike the female staff who were helpful. The hotel is located close to the tram line which was 1 hour of commuting everyday, either to the city centre or the bus terminal. However, we did not generally feel safe walking through the nieghborhood, especially at night time. Overall we regret not booking a hotel closer to the city centre. The room was modern and had an excellent bathroom but we were haunted by mosquitos every night. The ceiling was even covered with dead mosquitos left from previous guests. The balcony was not safe or useable as it had an awful view of the opposite building so we never used it or even opened the curtains. There are very limited stores or restaraunts nearby which was difficult for us to even get water. The hotel sells its own limited items at highly inflated prices.

Comfy bed
Good for quick overnight near the airport. Most comfortable bed of all the places we stayed in Italy on this trip. Careful if they call a taxi for you. Taxi was $20 to get to airport 5 min away and he would only take cash.

Fleas in the duvet of our first room and had to change rooms. After that our room code wasn’t working and we had to wait in a long line for customer service to get in to our room. Also the walls are paper thin, to the point you can hear people in the adjacent rooms roll over in bed and you have to whisper at all times.

Poor management by front desk when a group was making noise at 12 30 midnight. Called front desk to ask for help to quiet the loud noise and the answer was not professional. Until this episode i like customer service by Lucia and Buba. My last night in Firenze was dissapointed. I needed to rest as i took a flifht at 4 am.

There is nothing unique about this property. It is inconvenient, and the area did not feel very safe. Worst of all, there is NO sound-proofing so that all night long, you hear people making noise. The bathroom was not clean and run down. The beds were not comfortable. It was by no means a 3-star hotel. I would say it was a 1-star hotel.
