3 night stay

Had a great 3 night stay for a work trip. Location is great only a few minutes walk from the station. Easy walk to most central attractions and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable but very small, and the shower tiny! Everything functional but small! Double room was a good size for one person but would have been a squeeze for a couple. Breakfast options were limited but everything very tasty and good quality considering it is included in the room price. I would definitely recommend for a short stay for 1 person, any longer or more than 1 person in the room the small size might become annoying.

Very close from the big train station, so this hotel is perfect for people travelling around Europe by train. Small, but very cozy hotel m, with super nice staff members. Every single employee there was very nice, and they all had a very caring attitude !

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. 5 min walk to the train station. Many restaurant options and supermarkets nearby. The room was clean, staffs were friendly. The property needs some improvements. Good size bed, small bathroom. No desk pr chair. Pretty simple.

A good place to stay in Florence, walking distance to train station since we travel to pisa for one day, the free breakfast is very good, the only thing i don't like is the wifi signal is really week, i can't use it, and even my mobile has no data from my room, the other place looks fine.

Service is excellent. The location makes it very easy to maneuver your needs, pharmacy, restaurants, gelato shops, train terminal all in its close surroundings. Rooms are spacious; service 24/7.

The temperature of heater system would not change above a certain degree! Limited heat in winter! There was no mirror in the room, only in bathroom! The best about the hotel; it is in walking distance to many locations.

Great location in Florence

It was a nice and renovated room but the room was smaller than the pictures. The room was very small even for one person and the security box was never fixed, the technician was not helpful and didn’t speak English, Spanish or French. I was traveling solo and i wanted to shower at night and in the morning so i requested 2 towels, but it seems that the have trouble to provide more than one towels per day, however manage the get an additional towel talking with the front desk. Ornela was very nice and welcoming and received me with a wonderful smile! The greatest thing of the hotel is the location! Very close to the train station, super convenient if you arrive to Florence by train.

Rooms and Bathrooms were small (much smaller than the description in Expedia). But they hotel accommodated us when we asked to move to a larger room. It wss slightly larger, but it made a difference.
