The door to our room wouldn’t open. He promised to get it fixed right away. We could barely get our suitcases and didn’t get done. Frame of the closet door was broken. We couldn’t even open it and I took a bunch of pictures. I spoke to them about it. He was gonna get fixed. They didn’t do it. I asked to be moved to another room. They told me to pack my bags this was on day too, and they would move my items. To another room. When I got back at the end of the day, nobody knew what was going on and the status very rude. They made us feel very uncomfortable as if it was our fault the room we were in should’ve never been booked because everything was falling apart and bathroom smell like a sewer shower door was broken. We took a shower all the water with pee all over the place. Made us stay very uncomfortable. The cleaning crew is excellent the receptionist they were very rude.

Good budget hotel

Everything was as you would expect it to be. Breakfast service was excellent, the bed was comfortable and the shower was decent. Cleaning staff did a great job. I did report a minor issue with the plug not working but other than that it was absolutely fine.

The staff are friendly , breakfast is good. The only thing is the bathroom shower area is so tight in a corner n water supply is quite low.we wished we had a window that can be open. But overall its not too bad

We booked a stay, tried to confirm a late checkin contacting the hoyel from expedia since two weeks before arrival, they never replied to messages or calls, we called the phone number they provided and we didnt get a replied after many attenptsx we looked them up on google and found an email, they never replied to that so we decided to book another hotel amd tried to get a reimburse, even expedia personnel confirmed that it was hard to contact the hotel and they tried to get the reimburse without success. Stay away from this hotel and look for better options they get a negative in cistomer service from even the simplest things like initial contact

Hotel location is excellent. Near Firenze SMN station and all tourists attraction can be reached by walking. Small room size, no fridge/kettle in the room. Bed is comfortable but pillows are flat. Good breakfast.

I was traveling alone so I didn't need much, and this was very convenient and easy. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were helpful and friendly. My only complaint might be that the room had an odor that did not clear up the whole time I was there. I think this might be due to being in a very old building with old plumbing. I would definitely stay there again.

The place is very close to the point of interest. Its walkable and you would not have a problem to find a place to eat. Its very close to Doumo, shopping area and supermarket.

The room was so small the only place to open your luggage was on the bed. The only thing on the bed was sheets. The shower was so small you couldn’t even get shampoo on your head without being directly under the shower head. The hallways and lobby stunk. The street was dirty, crowded and noisy. RUN! Spend your money elsewhere!

My overall experience with Aurum Firenze was awesome. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was perfect. The hotel is located in a perfect spot. The staff were top tier☺️🤌 I would most definitely stay here again.

Nice little BUDGET hotel with no frills or luxury of any kind but staffed with lovely, friendly people who make you feel welcome. Convenient location close to train station and all the places you want to visit in Florence. Small rooms but equipped with everything you need including a safe and a little fridge. Only thing I missed and would like to have is a little table.

Great place to stay!

The room that we used for 5 nights was filthy.and dusty. The shower was very small, barely squeeze in. The interior was outdated with only one point to recharge phones and the cupboards were broken. The door to the room required force to open and close. Location is convenient close to transport.

Great spot near the Train station

Great place to stay near the train station. A lot of food options nearby. We had great service during breakfast and Aida our room attendant was also great. Would stay again
