Diego at the front desk was amazing. He had great recommendations and was always welcoming. Our room was small, but it did fit three twin beds. The shower/bath tub was very narrow. The air conditioner in our room was decades old and only blew out slightly cool air at a very slow rate. The location was perfect for us to walk to everything that we wanted to see.

The staff helped with restaurant recommendations and ice for a sprained ankle. They also did a temporary repair on our luggage wheel. The streets of Italy are challenging!!!

Very clean and modern room. Very spacious. Big bathroom but felt slightly less modern than rest of room. Quite a lot of noise can be heard from outside and around hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful

Great location but ok room
It was a nice place. The location is perfect. The room is very small. However, of course you don't go to Florence to stay in your room but for the price paid a tad better would have been expected. The staff is super nice however.
